privacy collection notice
sunday aus pty ltd collects the personal information in the entry form (first name, email, mobile, instagram handle, prize preference) to run the reset retreat giveaway: to confirm your entry, count your entries, check you're eligible, run the draw and contact the winner.
marketing
if you tick the marketing box, we'll also use your email and mobile to send you sunday news and offers by email and sms. you can unsubscribe at any time. if you don't tick it, we'll only contact you about the giveaway.
preventing fraud
to keep the draw fair we record your IP address, a device identifier stored in a cookie, and a technical fingerprint of your browser. we use these only to spot duplicate or fake entries.
story screenshots
screenshots you upload are stored privately, seen only by sunday staff reviewing them, and deleted 90 days after the draw.
who we share it with
our service providers, some of which store data outside australia (including the united states): klaviyo (email and sms), resend (confirmation emails), railway and cloudflare (hosting and security). we also read public comments on our instagram giveaway post to count tag entries. [confirm list]
